The Plan 

  • Giving neighbors parking passes would best address the issue.

  • Each resident would be allowed 3 residential passes and 2 visitor passes.​

    • Residential passes cost $5, Visitor pass cost $3.  

  • Passes would hang on the rear view mirror.

  • The resident and visitor passes would be different colors.

  • Resident would fill out an application yearly. 

  • Would start September 1 -  June 15 and would be effective 8 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. 

Benefits 

  • Students would no longer be able to park in the neighborhoods eliminating all of the safety concerns.

  • Increase of carpooling between high school students. 

    • Would help the environment.

    • Students would be able to save money because carpool passes are cheaper than the regular parking passes.
